Individual Pilates class - £40

A 45 minute one-to-one Pilates session with Claire (delivered in the comfort of your own home*) will help you get the most from the exercises. She’ll lead you carefully, providing practical feedback on your technique and form. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental principles of Pilates and be better placed to get the most benefit from your everyday sessions.

Personalised Pilates programme

Claire will perform an initial assessment, and then work with you to address any requirements you may have, for example recovery from injury, or working towards a specific objective.

After your consultation, she will develop a personalised progressive Pilates plan, designed to meet your physical and lifestyle needs, which will be delivered in person.

Written instructions will also be provided, enabling you to continue the sessions on your own between regular review appointments. This will help to ensure that you can continue your journey in between classes, helping you work towards your goals.

Claire will then deliver 4, 6, or 8 individual in-person sessions (all delivered in the comfort of your own home). She’ll provide vital feedback on your movement, assess your progress, and programme further exercises to unlock additional benefits, helping you move and live better.

4 session block - £195
